Introduction
Thinasonke Consulting specialises in labour relations consulting and professional training, combining decades of practical workplace experience with professional knowledge to help individuals and organisations navigate the realities of the workplace with greater confidence, competence and professionalism.
Our work is grounded in the belief that stronger workplaces are built when people understand their responsibilities, organisations have clear and effective systems and procedures, and labour law is applied fairly and consistently. We aim to equip people, strengthen organisations and provide practical value that continues beyond the immediate engagement.

Who We Are
Principal Consultant
Bheki Khumalo
Bheki Khumalo is a qualified and accredited manager, labour-law specialist and industrial-relations practitioner with more than 40 years of professional experience.
His experience includes serving as a Part-Time Senior Commissioner of the CCMA, a Bargaining Council Arbitrator and an accredited member of SASLAW. His practical experience spans labour law, dispute resolution, workplace relations and workplace compliance.
This experience informs Thinasonke Consulting's practical approach to both consulting and professional development: knowledge should not exist only in theory, but should be understood, applied and connected to the realities of the workplace.

The Labour Relations Partnership Programme provides organisations with an ongoing professional relationship for labour-relations support rather than assistance limited to a single workplace matter.
The Partnership Programme brings together relevant consulting support, professional guidance and training opportunities to help organisations strengthen their labour-relations capability over time.
It is designed for organisations seeking a more structured and continuing approach to managing workplace relations, developing knowledge and strengthening workplace practices.
Training
Professional learning should do more than provide information. It should develop the knowledge, practical competence and confidence people need to understand workplace responsibilities and labour-relations matters effectively.
