This Skills Programme is one of the modules of the National Diploma: Labour Relations Practice: Dispute Resolution. It may also be undertaken independently as a Skills Programme / Workshop. Completing this Skills Programme on its own does not constitute completion of the full qualification.
Overview
Labour disputes are an important part of workplace relations and require an understanding of the issues, relationships and circumstances involved. This Skills Programme develops knowledge and practical capability relevant to understanding workplace disputes and managing or addressing labour-relations disputes in a structured and constructive manner. The programme connects knowledge of workplace disputes with practical workplace application, helping participants develop greater confidence when dealing with labour-relations situations.
Standalone option
Manage Labour Disputes is available as an individual Skills Programme for learners or organisations seeking to develop practical knowledge and capability in understanding and managing workplace disputes without undertaking the full National Diploma. It can be undertaken independently as a focused learning opportunity and is also one of the eight Skills Programmes that contribute to the National Diploma: Labour Relations Practice – Dispute Resolution.
This programme can be offered independently of enrolment in the full qualification, subject to Thinasonke Consulting's applicable programme arrangements.
Undertaking this programme on its own does not result in the full qualification.
