About This Programme
Employment relationships involve a range of issues that can affect employees, management and the organisation as a whole. This Skills Programme develops an understanding of important employment-related issues and the principles relevant to managing them within the workplace. The programme connects knowledge of employment issues with practical workplace application, helping participants develop greater awareness and confidence when dealing with employment-related matters.

Employment Issues is available as an individual Skills Programme for learners or organisations seeking to develop practical knowledge of employment-related issues without undertaking the full National Diploma. It can be undertaken independently as a focused learning opportunity and is also one of the eight Skills Programmes that contribute to the National Diploma: Labour Relations Practice – Dispute Resolution.
This programme can be offered independently of enrolment in the full qualification, subject to Thinasonke Consulting's applicable programme arrangements.
Undertaking this programme on its own does not result in the full qualification.
