This Skills Programme develops an understanding of arbitration as a dispute-resolution process and introduces the principles and procedures relevant to dealing with workplace disputes through arbitration. Arbitration Process is available as an individual Skills Programme for learners or organisations seeking to develop practical knowledge of arbitration without undertaking the full National Diploma. It can be undertaken independently as a focused learning opportunity and is also one of the eight Skills Programmes that contribute to the National Diploma: Labour Relations Practice – Dispute Resolution.

This programme can be offered independently of enrolment in the full qualification, subject to Thinasonke Consulting's applicable programme arrangements.

Undertaking this programme on its own does not result in the full qualification.
