This Skills Programme focuses on developing practical communication capability that can be applied in workplace environments, particularly where effective interaction and the clear exchange of information are important.

Available as a Skills Programme / Workshop

Communication is available as an individual Skills Programme for learners or organisations that want to develop practical workplace communication capability without undertaking the full National Diploma. It can be undertaken as a standalone learning opportunity and is also one of the eight Skills Programmes that contribute to the National Diploma: Labour Relations Practice – Dispute Resolution.

This programme can be offered independently of enrolment in the full qualification, subject to Thinasonke Consulting's applicable programme arrangements.

Undertaking this programme on its own does not result in the full qualification.
